After several years of experimentation, Aurelio Montes decided to produce a rose from Syrah (the grape he made famous in Chile with the country's first Ultra Premium Syrah, Montes Folly). Montes Cherub is a seductive, elegant, dry wine, with an intense cherry-pink colour. Nose : Delicious fresh red fruit aromas such as raspberries, strawberries, and pomegranate predominate on the surprisingly intense nose, along with subtle notes of tropical fruit recalling pineapple and mango that lend a cheerful character, all rounded out with a delicate floral touch, resulting in a charming aromatic profile for our Cherub. Palate : The palate is smooth and medium bodied with refreshing acidity and a very pleasing lush and creamy finish.
